PERSONALIZED PLANS

As your trainer, David will work with you one-on-one to identify your challenges and goals
and to optimize your movements to improve your everyday living.

 

During the initial session, David will:

  • Perform a movement assessment to determine your range of motion, mobility, stability, muscle imbalance issues, and focus areas

  • Review your history, including struggles, hurdles, and injuries as well as successes and exercise practices

  • Discuss any questions or concerns you may have

 

At the end of this first session, we will set specific goals and design your individualized program to:

  • Restore your range of motion and mobility

  • Reinforce your correct movement patterns

  • Rebuild movement patterns while increasing strength

 

In subsequent sessions, David will:

  • Demonstrate and oversee safe progression and regression exercises

  • Teach stretching techniques, including Self-Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling)

  • Identify over- and under-active muscles (imbalance) and proper methods of correction

  • Recognize issues and develop relevant correction plans

  • Evaluate progress of correction plans

  • Implement plan revisions where necessary
